How to Arrive for Your VaZa Curly Cut
To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:
• Wash & Style Within 24 Hours – Shampoo, condition, detangle, and style your curls as you normally do.
• Hair Must Be 100% Dry – Arrive with your hair completely dry, either air-dried or diffused.
• Wear Your Hair Down – No clips, ponytails, buns, or twists—your curls should be in their natural state.
• Avoid Hairstyles That Alter Your Curl Pattern – No buns, ponytails, or twist-outs before your appointment.
• Extra Detangling Fee – If additional detangling is required, there will be a $35–$55 charge. Please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you.

• Express Color Services – Includes a wash but no styling. Since our services are à la carte, a styling service must be booked separately if desired.

Do I Need to Book a Separate Appointment for a Blow Dry or Curly Style with My Color?
At VaZa Salon, we offer à la carte pricing to provide flexibility and accommodate all of our guests. This means that a blow dry or curly style is not automatically included with a color service and must be booked separately.

Can I Balayage to blend my gray hair?
Yes! Balayage can be a great option for blending gray hair while maintaining a natural, low-maintenance look. Instead of fully covering the gray, balayage adds soft, dimensional highlights that help camouflage and blend the grays into your natural color.
Best for: Those who want a more lived-in, natural effect without committing to frequent root touch-ups.

What are the suggestions on tipping my Hair Stylist?
Tipping is completely discretionary, but it is customary to tip 15–25% of the service price as a gesture of appreciation for your stylist’s time and expertise.
