Service Policy

Services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to re-do the service. Redo’s are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge.  The only requirements are that you call to schedule the redo within two weeks of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service within those two weeks. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another technician. If you are still dissatisfied with your redo, you may request an additional redo at 30% off for the service provided.

Please note, services received by Junior Stylists are not guaranteed. Our salon stylists will not provide you with a redo for a service received by an apprentice. Your redo must be scheduled with the Junior Stylist that originally provided you with the service.
