Elevating Excellence Through Teamwork
Our Level 4 - Level 6 Stylists also serve as Educators/ Mentors, and work side by side with a team of Associate Stylists to help you achieve your look.
Everyone who works on you is a fully licensed stylist, and all techniques and formulas come directly from our Educators.
This beautiful teamwork between Educators and Associates allows Stylists with a high demand of their time to accommodate wonderful new guests like you, and pass skills to the next generation of Stylists; all while providing you with an incredible personalized experience, and shorter appointment times.
Note: Styles are handled by our styling team. Your stylist who cuts or colors your hair may not be styling it.
Results: We try our best to give you the results you desire but some color/cut services require more than one visit or hours to complete. Your stylist will be able to guide you and come up with an expert hair plan for your hair needs. It may take several sessions to achieve.
If you are on a budget please consider seeing an associate in our salon company.
What is an Associate?
An associate is a licensed cosmetologist that is in our Master’s Associate Program, they work 3-4 days a week with a salon lead educator.
Simultaneously the associate takes their own guests 1-2 days a week at a discounted rate. We offer this service so they can build their skills, confidence and work on their timing.*
